ReachSoft's Mail Merge facility
You can generate and send letters to potential customers using the mail merge facilities of RMS.
When you run a mail merge you:
- Use the search facility within RMS to perform a search and produce a list of targeted companies that you can use for a mail merge.
- View the results of the search and select specific companies to which you want to send a letter.
- Start the Mail Merge Wizard to create the letters.
You can perform the following tasks using the Mail Merge Wizard:
- starting the Mail Merge wizard
- selecting a mail merge template or creating a new template
- selecting a company contact
- specifying send options
- confirming a mail merge
- completing the mail merge
- maintaining mail merge templates.
