ReachSoft's Mailing Labels print facility
You can generate and print mailing labels that contain the name and address of customers that you want to contact, typically by letter.
When you print mailing labels you:
- Use the search facility within RMS to perform a search and produce a list of targeted companies.
- View the results of the search and select specific companies from which you can create mailing labels.
- Start the Mailing Labels Wizard to create and then print the labels.
RMS enables you to use either standard off-the-shelf labels or create your own label layouts to match the labels you have.
You can perform the following tasks using the Mailing Labels Wizard:
- starting the Mailing Labels wizard
- selecting a label type and adjusting it according to your own specification
- specifying mailing label options
- completing the mailing labels
- maintaining mailing label templates.
