ReachSoft's E-mail facility
You can generate E-mails to potential customers using the E-mail merge facilities of RMS.
When you generate an E-mail merge you:
- Use the search facility within RMS to perform a search and produce a list of targeted companies that you can use for an E-mail merge.
- View the results of the search and select specific companies to which you want to send an E-mail.
- Start the E-mail Merge Wizard to create an E-mail.
- Use your E-mail software to send the E-mail to the companies.
At the end of this process the E-mails generated are automatically placed in your E-mail software's outbox. When you next connect using your E-mail software the E-mails will be sent to the companies.
You can perform the following tasks using the E-mail Merge Wizard:
- starting the E-mail Merge wizard
- selecting an E-mail merge template or creating a new template
- selecting a company contact
- specifying send options including adding an attachment to the E-mail
- confirming an E-mail merge
- completing the E-mail merge
- maintaining E-mail merge templates.
